Improved performance through advanced turbo charging technology


Turbo charging and fuel injection technologies used in Sisudiesel engines are the most advanced available. Efficient by-pass turbo charges react without delay producing high engine speeds. The result is minimal smoke, low fuel consumption and low emission levels.


Mid-Cylinder liner Support improves efficiency and reduces emissions

Wet-type replaceable cast iron cylinder liner utilized in Sisudiesel engines are supported top and bottom and importantly, also at the mid-stroke position. This advanced design is common to all Sisudiesel engines and features of which are:

  • minimal liner distortion

  • .
  • Vibrations are cut by 75% and so the sensitivity to cavitation is reduced essentially

  • Main coolant circulation is directed to the hot upper part of liner reducing and balancing thermal load of cylinder.

All these together provide maximum engine life, low luboil consumption and reduced emissions. Sisudiesel engines are made to meet current EU and US Non-Road emissions norms.
Sisudiesel engines are used in a multiplicity of applications; industrial and farming tractors, agricultural machines, forklifts, forest machinery, other off road machines, special vehicles, diesel generating sets and marine propulsion.
